Maintaining the operation and enforcement of locations assigned
Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained

Ensuring the car parks and parking equipment are clean, tidy and presentable
Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting of car park performance

What are the duties of a Wilson Valet​?

Park and retrieve customer in a safe manner​
Attend to customer's enquiries and feedbacks in a courteous and diligent manner
Manage the valet parking area
Provide customers with a receipt in exchange of handed-over keys

What are the minimum requirements to be a Wilson Car Park Officer / Valet?

Able to communicate in English
Have immaculate personal presentation
Positive attitude and good integrity
Possess good customer service
Possess a valid Malaysian driving license for cars (for Valet)
